# zicula-changelog-kit — free sample

Three real files from the full kit (10 files), each **trimmed to taste** — enough
to judge the quality, not enough to ship a changelog:

- `changelog.json` — 2 of the 5 demo entries from the real feed: the `feature`
  entry (the full anatomy — version pill, markdown-lite body with bold, bullets
  and a link) and the `breaking` entry (the deadline → action → link pattern).
  It's valid JSON in the exact format the widget drawer and the public page
  render. The other 3 types (`improvement`, `fix`, and the second `feature`)
  are only in the kit.
- `changelog-writing-guide.md` — section 1 (entry anatomy: every field, the
  rules, why the `id` must be permanent) and section 3 (markdown-lite, the only
  syntax the widget renders, plus the XSS-safety model) are complete. Sections
  2 (what users care about), 4 (voice do/don'ts) and 5 (cadence) — the writing
  craft — are summarized at the end so you know what the full guide adds.
- `PLAYBOOK-14D.md` — the intro and Phase 1 (days 1–2: run the demo, install on
  your real site) are complete with their "done when" gates. Days 3–14 (your
  feed → wiring it into your product → running it as an asset) are summarized
  at the end.
